These SMS Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”) govern the text-messaging (SMS/MMS) program operated by Funasia Digital LLC, which does business as SmartReach and SmartReachAI (“Funasia Digital LLC”, “SmartReach”, “SmartReachAI”, “we”, “us”, “our”), the business behind smartreachai.us and the SmartReachAI application. By opting in to receive text messages from SmartReach you agree to these SMS Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
When you opt in, SmartReach sends text messages related to your account and advertising services, including:
SmartReach does not send marketing or promotional text messages through this program.
You opt in to receive text messages by providing your mobile phone number to SmartReach and giving your express consent — for example, by adding and verifying your phone number in your account or business profile, or by checking a clearly labeled consent box when you provide your number. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency varies and depends on your activity and the alerts you have enabled. You may receive messages on an as-needed basis (for example, when a connected account is about to expire) as well as recurring notification messages you have turned on.
Message and data rates may apply. Such charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging or data plan.
You can cancel the SMS program at any time by texting STOP to the number from which you received messages. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation message and will no longer send you text messages. To rejoin, opt in again as described above. You can also opt out by emailing hello@smartreachai.us or by removing your phone number in your account.
For help at any time, text HELP to the number from which you received messages, or contact us at hello@smartreachai.us. Our HELP reply includes the program name and support contact.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless service provider and is not guaranteed. Supported carriers may change without notice.
Your privacy matters. We do not sell your personal information, and no mobile information — your phone number or your SMS opt-in and consent — is shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We share your mobile number only with our messaging service provider (Twilio) strictly to deliver the messages you requested, and never for their own marketing. We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued participation in the SMS program after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated SMS Terms.
