Privacy Policy

Funasia Digital LLC, which does business as SmartReach and SmartReachAI (“Funasia Digital LLC”, “SmartReach”, “we”, “our”, the “Service”), operates the website smartreachai.us and the SmartReachAI application, and is the business responsible for the personal data described here. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over your data. By using SmartReach you agree to the practices described below.

1. Information we collect

1.1 Account information

• Name, email and (optional) phone number you provide when you sign up or complete your business profile.
• Hashed password — we never store passwords in plain text (bcrypt with a per-user salt).
• Business profile — business name, category, address, website and locations.

1.2 Content and campaign data

• Growth plans, campaigns, offers, creatives and AI-generated content you create.
• Connected advertising accounts (e.g. Meta ad accounts and Pages) you authorize, and the campaign performance data returned for them.
• Leads and messages captured through your campaigns.

1.3 Device and usage data

• Browser type, operating system, language.
• IP address (used only to detect abuse and to log security events).
• In-product event logs used to operate and improve the Service. We do not sell this data.

2. How we use your information

• To provide the core Service — authentication, campaign building, AI content, advertising integrations, billing.
• To send transactional emails and, if you opt in, text messages (see Section 8).
• To send opt-in product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To enforce our terms and detect abuse, fraud, or violations.
• To respond to your support requests.

3. Third-party sub-processors

To deliver SmartReach features, Funasia Digital LLC shares the minimum data necessary with the following sub-processors, each bound by a written contract that prohibits secondary use of your data.

• Meta (Facebook & Instagram) — to create and manage the advertising campaigns and Page posts you authorize.
• OpenAI, Anthropic, Google (Gemini) — the prompts you submit for AI copy/creative are transmitted to generate responses.
• Stripe — handles card transactions. We never see or store your card number; only a payment method ID.
• Twilio — delivers SMS/text messages (account and security alerts, and opt-in notifications) when you provide a mobile number and opt in.
• Mailgun — transactional email delivery.
• MongoDB, cloud hosting & CDN — infrastructure, storage and delivery.

4. Data retention

• Account and campaign data is retained for as long as your account is active.
• If you delete your account, we delete the underlying data within 30 days, except backups, which are purged within 90 days.
• Billing and tax records are retained as required by law.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA, PIPEDA, LGPD, India DPDP) you may have the right to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict processing of your data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@smartreachai.us. We respond within 30 days.

6. Children

SmartReach is not directed to children under 13 (or 16 in the EU). If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards: TLS in transit, encryption at rest, bcrypt-hashed passwords, JWT-based session tokens, encrypted storage of connected-account tokens, and scoped access controls. No system is 100% secure — please report suspected vulnerabilities to hello@smartreachai.us.

8. SMS & mobile messaging

Funasia Digital LLC (SmartReach / SmartReachAI) operates an SMS/text-messaging program. If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in, we use your number to send account-related messages — account and security alerts, service/connection reminders (such as reconnecting an expiring advertising account), and the notifications you enable. Full details are in our SMS Terms & Conditions.

• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also email hello@smartreachai.us.
• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

We do not sell your personal information. No mobile information — your phone number or your SMS opt-in and consent — is shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Your mobile number is shared only with our messaging sub-processor (Twilio) strictly to deliver the messages you requested, and never for their own marketing.

9. Changes to this policy

When we make material changes, we will notify you via email or an in-app banner before they take effect.
